How do I know if I experience symptoms of early pregnancy or is it just my age? I had sex on 28 Witch was the 13th of January Day of my cycle (I-cycle of 28 days)

My breasts are sore, but today I woke up and a lot of damage didint but yesterday was bad .. Tingling, and sometimes I feel almost warm .. I like period cramps and pain in the lower abdominal pain and headaches and dizzyness funny.
