How to know if I am a beneficiary of a will? - will beneficiary

I am the only child. My dad died 5 years ago, my mother died in July of this year. My uncle was my mother, the exclusive competence of the lawyer and is now the executor of the estate. To my question, I am a profit in everything he said no. But he refuses to say who he is.

Am I entitled to know this information before it to probate? Can I as executor now so I can show someone of the crimes of the past, getting votes?
